I have been inspired by photography ever since my early childhood. My eye and visual perception is a gift with which I was born and
makes me exceptionally good at what I do.
I began by shooting every wedding, baptism, and family function for family and close friends beginning in the early 80's. The 90’s
was the decade of my
chronicling the important moments for additional friends and their family as word-of-mouth spread as to my abilities. Then
surprisingly the 21st century brought with it the turn of events in which people that I didn't know began to call and offer to pay me
for my services.
As a friend of a wedding officiate, I would often come along and bring the camera for couples who were eloping or having a small
wedding where no professional photographer would be. That was many weddings ago, and I am just as happy and excited to be at
every event I have the privilege of attending as its photographer.
When your love and your passion for something in life is so strong that it turns into something that you can support yourself with,
you are
indeed a very lucky person. I am thankful beyond words to know first hand of how privileged and lucky I am and I have been told
that it shows in
my work.
